Hi,

This can be well treated and controlled. But we need regular follow ups with with a psychiatrist and a psychologist as well. Psychologist can help you tackle the issue with simple behavioural and emotional techniques while psychiatrist will help adjusting drugs as needed. Never loss hope. Meanwhile, try engaging in group activities, avoid sitting alone for long time, do regular workouts, do read some books and engage in leisure activities. These all will help reducing stress.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
