Thank you for your query.
I will try to help you and hope it works.

would you please clarify the following
1) how old are you?
2) are you overweight? do you suffer from diabetes, hypertension , high cholesterol, heart or thyroid disease.
3 ) do you have a sedentary lifestyle?
4) do you smoke or consume alcohol?
5) have you consulted a gastroenterologist? and have they told you that everything is alright?

your symptoms suggest excess gas formation in your stomach and intestine. this could happen 1) if the food you eat is slow to digest ,stays too long in your stomach and small intestine where bacteria have access to it which then releases excess gas . this happens if you either too much bacteria in your gut or too slow a motility of you stomach and intestine
2) eating foods high in finer and carbs that can result in the same effect.

I recommend confirming with the gastroenterologist that everything is structurally and functionally fine.
in the meantime, stop all the medications like PPI, betaine, probiotics.
you may continue and vitamin supplements if you take them. do not stop the medications given for other disorders.

Take a 10 minute walk before you eat. have a cup of water, go for a 10 minute walk, come back rest a few minutes and have your meal.
Make sure you chew your meal very well ( this helps in digestion and faster motility of food in your stomach).
Eat slowly. take atleast 15 to 20 minutes to complete you meal.
Have only small sips of water, if required ,during your meal. ideally give a 15 minute gap before and after your meal to drink anything more than a sip of water.
Do not fill your stomach. do not lie down right after a meal.
If you are a mouth breather , you may end up swallowing a lot of air, or you may be swallowing air to get that burp out. try not to do that. it will only worsen.
If you find yourself wanting to that just straighten yourself and take few deep breaths and distract yourself.

A certain yoga posture helps with improving circulation to your tummy.
Sit with you legs folded at the knees with your feet under your bottom. rest your hands, Palm up on your things. straighten your back and take deep slow breaths. ( look for vajra asanam online) description will be better with photos.

take short walks regularly and avoid sitting for too long at a a stretch.
Air trapped in your stomach will be easier to 'burp' out than air in the small intestine.
please try what I suggested and hope it will help.
make sure you check with you doctor about other disorders and treatment first.

wish you good health
