Suggest Remedy For Extreme Fatigue And Pain In Joints Post C Section

Hello I am sabreena from srinagar having cesarian 3 months back .I am feeling so tired and weak n not take any kind of supplement after my delivery as I had UTI and consnstipation. I am not able to handle my baby also. Now I also having pain in joints Plz tell me about quantity of diet and supplement to take per day.

What is your age? What is the age of your baby? Are you lactating? Any other problem like diabetes or hypertension?
Based upon the history you have provided it appear that there is need of workup. You should meet your doctor so that you can be examined and investigated properly. You should have your Fbc ESR along with RA factor and abdominal ultrasound. In light of these we can step forward.
Meanwhile stay calm and use regular nutritional food that must contain milk eggs and fruits. You can also use Ensure powder with milk as a supplement....
