Suggest Remedy For Extreme Fatigue And Sleepiness While Being On Medications For Diabetes

I am diabetic and am prescribed Mclazide-M in the morning and night and Glycomet 500 once a day in the afternoon.I feel very tired and sleepy through the day and am not able to prevent myself from falling asleep which is effecting my job.Kindly advice what needs to be done.

Hi there,i can understand your concern.in my opinion you are taking good medication.Kindly check your blood glucose level at home.
The reason for this tiredness may be due hypoglycemia.
its also advisable to take one neurobion in night time.In some individuals taking metformin there will be B12 deficiency.
some time B12 deficiency may cause tiredness.
