Suggest Remedy For Extreme Itching In Inner Thighs And Around Vagina

I am a 35 years old married woman with 2 kids. Almost 3-4 months back, I was experiencing a lot of itching near the inner side of my thighs (and even on outer skin of the vagina). So I use to apply candid powder. But no luck. Then when I visited a dermatologist, she told me that O have got fungal infection and suggested some medicines: 1. Terbinafine hydrochloride cream (apply 2 times a day) 2. Griseofulvine tablets IP 250mg (2 times a day) 3. Allrite tab (Levocetrizine) - (1 time for 15 days or whenever irritation is more) I have been taking these medicines since May but still the problem (itching) is there and I feel that the problem has increased. Especially during night, the itching increases a lot. I am trying to follow the instructions given by the doctor as much as possible like wearing loose and cotton clothes, bathing with cold water, washing clothes separately, etc. Can you please advise what should I do now to cure this problem and also what precautions should I take so that it does not occur again?
