Suggest Remedy For Extreme Nausea And Pain After Injection Of Enzyme

Had a hida scan today. I had extreme nausea and pain immediately upon injection of enzeyme. It is now 3hours later and I have indigestion, alot of pain in left kidney aream Also waiting on abominal us results. They were looking at pancreas liver too. At what point do I contact doc.
