General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are experiencing pressure in chest, pain down the neck and shoulder and also in the left arm. You are also getting unusually tired. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Cardiologist or in the ER. Your symptoms can be indicative of stroke or developing CAD. You should get EKG, Echo, Blood sugar(F /PP), lipid function test, stress test, X-ray, etc., done to detect any developing coronary artery disease.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
