General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the corelated symptoms of extreme stress, migraine, sense of hopelessness do indicate underlying depression most likely. Guidelines at present:
- Get an appointment with your primary care who will guide you to refer to a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist
- Deep breathing exercises
- Meditations
- YOGA
- Avoid stress and anxiety
- Manage to have sound regular sleep of 7 hours
- Avoid use of stimulant drugs
- Refrain from smoking, alcohol of any kind

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
