Suggest Remedy For Eye Problem

Hello, My name is dany, i am 24 years old. I have Congenital cataract and nystagmus. When i was 6 months they operrated me on cataract, yearslater,at the age of 7 i was operated again, and this time they implanted me artificial lens. Things seemed to be ok for a while, but years later my eyesight decreased dramatically,now i have -13 glasses. I forgottomention,at the age of 12 i was operated on strabismus on both eyes. Is there anything that can improve my eyesight. From all doctors that i asked until now, all responded negativly,saying that notthing can improve my sight anymore.
