hello,actully my cousin sister developed black stops in her mainly over cheeks & nose due which martial issues has come up.since last 5 years we are consulting my docs. for the same.for the first few visits it seems that there some inprove but later problem there .

Hi, welcome to HCM,
Hyperpigmentation present over site mentioned by you is Melasma.
Apply kligman's formula (Hydroquinone+tretinoin+Fluocinolone) cream at night.
apply Hydroquinone cream at day time.
apply sunscreen with SPF 30 two to three times a day.
wash the face with glycolic acid containing face wash.
