Hi I'm having fast heart beats when I walk and experience faint breathing, but at the same suffering from tension headaches from anxiety attacks. Is there something I should do? I'm starting to go on walks and jogs everyday to help lower my cholesterol and blood pressure. Should I start talking vitamins or what??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi
fast heart beats are quite common with anxiety attacks.
relax, do your regular exercises and jogging subjected to your good cardiac condition ( if you are not suffering from any cardiac disease)
you can start off with multivitamins and food supplements for overall good health.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
wish you good health
