Hallow Dear,

The first step you have to take is confirm that you are pregnant. About 15 days after missed period, urine pregnancy test will reliably inform you about the status of your pregnancy.

Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy is very common in first 12 weeks of the pregnancy. During this phase, the baby is growing at tremendous rate by cellular divisions. To support this, please consume Folic acid regularly. Furthermore, the weakness is due to loss of fluid and electrolytes in the vomitus. If you can retain fluids, please take oral rehydration drink daily which will rejuvenate you remarkably.

However, it has been noted that fluids cause more vomiting in morning sickness. Hence, less fluid and more solid consumption is advised. In such case, you may consume rock salt in your diet which will take care of your lost potassium. Fruits like Banana, orange, sweet lime, apples and pears are very good for this purpose. If there is remarkable dehydration, you may have to replenish it by intravenous fluid transmission.

For controlling vomiting there are medicines; however many of them cause the developmental abnormalities in the baby; hence take such medicines only by advice of your Obstetrician only.

Since your previous two abortions were induced ones, should not be issue of concern.

I hope this should help you in the situation.
