Suggest Remedy For Feeling Anxious, Fogginess And Missing Of Words
I am a 31 years old seemingly healthy male. I am facing a very weird and unique kind of problem. My thought process has become very slow over the years(since 2011). I feel anxious and depressed most of the times in a day. While speaking or listening to somebody I start feeling anxious and feel lump in my throat. And many a times while speaking I go blank. I always feel foggy or as if somebody has trapped my brain. I find it very hard to think or find words while speaking or even writing. Sometimes I also feel numbness in my arms/hands. And I have also gained weight and this is when I eat only once a day. I am very depressed. Please help me. I am very worried about my condition.
Anxiety, tiredness, difficulty in concentration, fogginess, feel lump in throat, low mood etc are symptoms of depression and in that case, you need proper treatment from antidepressants. You should consult a psychiatrist for proper management. That would help you to come out of depressive state. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
