Suggest Remedy For Feeling Of Congestion In Head

Thank you, my husband has allergies and sinus problems, he has been symtomatic for two weeks, he is treating with over the counter meds such as bynadryl psodefedrine, tylenol cold etc. his symtoms became flu like on friday and he has rested and cont. meds. this morning he became dizzy and nauseous upon wakeing. He felt better and was able to eat and drink some fluids, no meds. as I feared he was over medicated and after lunch he vomited. He says his head is very conjested and I don`t know if he should take something for it. or wait till he see`s the Dr. in the morning. what would you sujest?
