Suggest Remedy For Feeling Of Loneliness, Symptoms Of Change In Heart Beat

Hi, My brother is feeling loneliness due to change in atmosphere/ambience and the feeling went out of bounds he started seeing symptoms of change in heart beat. I have asked him to come to Bangalore (from BITS PILANI) so that he can get away with loneliness and could get some medical consulatation in bangalore. Please suggest me the course of action.
