Suggest Remedy For Fever, Cold, Cough With Phlegm In Children

Hello, my daughter has had flu like symptoms for the past 4 days a high temperature then feeling very cold she also had really bad headaches but they seem to be gone now she has a dry cough but cannot get the phlegm up it just seems to be stuck in her chest. Her temperature is gone but she still feels a bit miserable. Do you think she needs an antibotic? Thank you.
