Suggest Remedy For Fever, Swollen And Discolored Arm And Migraine After Flu Shot

I got a flu shot on Thursday. Since then, my arm turned black and blue and is very swollen. I also started a fever and have had a headache that isn't responding to my butal/bital prescription meds for migraines. I am now sneezing out of control..over 60 times within the last hour, and I have itchy watery eyes and my nose is runny.
