Suggest Remedy For Fever Swollen Throat And Headache

hi i m 30 yrs old. recently i consulted a doctor as i had mild fever, swolen throat and severe headache. the doctor advised me to go through the widal test. and it ws strongly positive the deatils are. TO- 1:20 + 1:40 +, th 1:80+, 1:40+, 1:20 + AH 1:20+, 1:40+, 1:80+ BH 1:20+, 1:40+ i have been taking the prescription since 4 days and i feel very week specially thr is pain running thru my nerves and head. please advise me the diet i shud take cure it and future prevention.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Widal test is done to detect infection with Salmonella typhi.
Salmonella typhi is a bacteria causing enteric fever- typhoid and paratyphoid.
The Widal test detects the antibody against the bacterial antigens H and O in blood.
The antibody titres of 1:80 and above are significant.
In your test report the antibody against antigen H is 1:80 i.e. it is positive.
Thus, you need to take treatment of the typhoid infection.
