Suggest Remedy For Fever

Sir For the last several days my wife was suffering from fever in the evening we fell very cold we went to the hospital and take appointment to the doctor Doctor give me the Mediceine a artemisine and told us for several test MP ICT malaria, Thyfod, ESR , Urine ,CBC Blood Test All Test Are negative but ESR level is 25mm my wife age is 18 ,what is the symtoms is my wife pregnant what should i do

ESR is mildly raised but not significant. Get symptomatic management with acetaminophen.all work up has come clean. There is nothing to worry about. If the symptoms persist a little deeper will be dug , i would suggest a Tuberculosis work up too as evening fevers with associated cough and sweats may be that.
For now, just symptoms management.
