Suggest Remedy For Floaters In The Eye

hii, I have recently experienced eye problem and I am very much worried about it. From the past two days, when I close my eyes, I see a flash which is shaped just like my eyeball. its a big circle just like my eyeball and when I close my eyes for one minute, it stays like a full moon flash in front of my eye. this is happening with my right eye only. my eyesight was always 6/6 and never experienced any eye issue. I am very much scared because of this. whenever, I read a book, it appears like a light grey spot in front of my eyes similar to my eye ball due to which there is some blurred vision. is this a permanent and serious issue? what have been the reasons behind it? because I never faced any eye issue. My age is 26 years.
