Suggest Remedy For Floaters

hi , I am 26 years old

I have noticed that there is a light brown color spot is appearingon my white part of my eye. This is sometimes on left eye and sometimes on right . I observe it mostly when I am trying work on computer , even when I need some sleep. What do you suggest

such things should not occurs in computer vision syndrome. how ever precaution and treatment can be taken. anti glare specs can be used. artificial tear eye drop may be used. duration of computer use should be reducedblinkinghould be increased. if there is no improve ment then eye doctor may be consulted.
