Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain it seems that you have got a Chronic Upper
Respiratory Tract infection along with secondary
ear infection and infection in sinus causing
Sinusitis.
It is not always necessary that you will have to undergo surgery for relieving
sinus infection and initially medical treatment is advised that includes antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller, decongestants oral as well as nasal drops, mucolytics, steam inhalations saline nasal irrigations and use of humidifier in your room as it will ease in breathing..
In case if there is no resolution with medication or there is poylps in the
sinuses the it cannot be treated with medication and you need to get a surgery done to either drain off thick mucous from the sinuses or to remove the polyps..
So my suggestion would be to consult a trained Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can evaluated you clinically as well as the CT scan and can advise you a proper treatment for permanent relief..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
