Suggest Remedy For Fluctuating Flow During Periods

hello doctor hope u answer my question i have period problem my bleeding is not to heavy how can i instantly stop it and what is the cure for it i went to the doctor some say that it is a harmonal change my age is 41yrs old sometime bleeding is very heavy and some after bleeding stops for three months pls doctor help me i am very depressed with this problem of mine i am a regularly performing prayers but with this problem i am doubleminded plz help me
