Suggest Remedy For Fluid Filled Skin Tag On The Base Of Nipple

i have a skin tag on the base of my nipple. last week i noticed it was filled with fluid and it had never done that before. it busted a little and some of the fluid came out but i think it is filling back up again. What could that be? YYYY@YYYY

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon once the infection is cleared.
