Suggest Remedy For Foot Pain Due To Falling Off Bed

I was going to sleep at about 7:30 AM (because schools out..).
All I remember is feeling my foot get crushed by the weight of my body as I fell off the top bunk
I weight 90.
I fell of my top bunk on my left foot.
I dont know how, I was half asleep while it happened.
But now my left foot hurts really bad, and llike under the pinky it seems as if something is wrong.
Do I go to a doctor or hospital?
Either way I have to wait 5 hours for my dad to get home..
