Suggest Remedy For Foul Odor In The Vagina

Hi, I have recently started having light pink blood after wiping and also after sex. I also have a foul smell to the vagina that has been ongoing for a while a lot of the time fish like sometimes metallic. I have recently been tested for infections and stds but came back all clear. I have also taken three packets of my pills with no break could this have anything to do with this? Does your pill also affect the odor of your vagina as about two months after i started this pill was when the smell started? (It is not constant but i would say it is present about 70% of the time) thank you.
