Suggest Remedy For Foul Smell From The Vagina

I left a tampon in for much longer than normal a couple days ago but since then my vagina has smelled so bad. Ive washed and washed. But nothing seems to make it go away. I can smell it randomly while going about my day which means others probably can too. I m so embarrassed but i don t know what to do

Looking to the history it seems that there might be having some infection in vaginal canal due to remained tampon inside the vagina producing bad smel.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Take tub bath containing antiseptic lotion.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
