Suggest Remedy For Foul Smell From Vagina

i started having really bad diahera a few days ago and thought i just ate something bad then everything i ate i was pooping it out i constantly felt like i had stomach pains then i started smelling this oder from my vagina all night it got worse then i just went to the bathroom and realized i left a tampon in for over 5 days and i had sex when it was in there i am worried i have TSS or do i need to see a doctor
