Suggest Remedy For Foul Smell In The Vagina

It's been now 2 weeks on Wednesday that I have had a vaginal hysterectomy, apart from feeling fine I'm experiencing old blood loss called residue blood but no bleeding, however my vaginal smell is was troubling me its my second week after the opp and I cannot seem to get rid of the terrible smell. Any suggestions, need help!!!
