Suggest Remedy For Foul Smell Post An Episiotomy

Hi, i gave birth just over two years ago and i had an episiotomy, it was stitched up and the majority of the cut has heeled, but there is still a slight hole which im not sure is right? Also i start to smell after a couple of hourse after washing which i dont understand? I am size 16/18, and have excess fatt around my pubic bone, could it be from sweating? I feel very embarrased and i am unable to have a sexual relationship because i am worried about the smell.
