Suggest Remedy For Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge

i was sexually active about a week ago. and i just got off my cycle two days ago. my vaginal discharge smells like feces. im 18 yrs old. 160 lbs. am 5ft 3 inches and have had yeast infections before. but this has never happened. what could it be? and how can it be treated?
