Suggest Remedy For Frequent Hunger And Headaches

My stomach keeps rumbling and feels like im hungrey all the time but then when I do eat shortly I feel like I have no energy and have to go to the batjroom and have dierriea these happens thru out the day but my stomach is constantly rumbling and I have a slight headache. ..is it just a stomach virus?

symptoms are suggestive of amoebic dysentery if the symptoms were longer than 2 weeks otherwise might be a virus, please ask your doctor for stool culture and if bacteria or parasites are present proper antiobiotic treatment should be issued.
