Suggest Remedy For Frequent Numbness In Arms And Hands

Both arms and hands are constantly falling asleep day and night. When they fall asleep at night my arms hurt real bad and I wake up. I have to get up and hold my arms downward to get the circulation going. Then the arm pain immediatly goes away. This happens several times a night.
