Suggest Remedy For Frequent Pain And Numbness In Arms And Shoulders

Hi.i have been suffering from right arm and shoulder occasionally.I cannot lift my arm highly and is a struggle to get dress; constantly pain to put my brassiere. Work in a office in front a computer for long hours; Use to play tennis. I did go to chiropractic and therapy. Should be my wisdom teeth? I have constantly pain specially at night.therapy help a bit. But if I do some extra activity the pain is back; such as cleaning; swimming. Pain;numbness shoulder throughout under arm and sometimes go close to my hand.

Hi ,

As per your complain its seems most probably a neuropathic pain ,I mean painful nerves. Now the thing is that if you do have got pain over shoulder during lifting your right upper limb above also gives some clues that it might a case of frozen shoulder but do not explain your pain when radiating .

So this should be also ruled out buy an orthopaedics.

Next, your status of onset of complains and your age can give me additional clues .In addition , any neck discomfort should also need to be mentioned and pain aggravating during any neck movement or coughing and sneezing would also point it towards any cervical problems .

So consult a orthopaedics and neurologist doctor . Next take some medication that is pregabalin 75 mg once a day .The investigations here will be more focused on simple X-ray of shoulder joint and next if its ok moving further to MRI cervical spine to rule out any disc problems .
