Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urge To Pass Stools Post Bulimia Recovery
I am sort of in bulmia recovery, I have had a mix of A/B and currently still Bulimic, however alot healthier then I ever have been. I seem to be have bowl problems and am in the toliet alot, runny or just feel a need to go but cant go as much as Id like. Can you please help me?
The frequent urge to defecate indicates possible residual effects of laxative or still current use of laxative as bisacodyl or others. There will be add on effect of stress and anxiety in provoking the loose motions or tendency to defecate. Addition of fresh yogurt in diet and pre , pro biotics will help to restore the intestine flora speedily during this period once the laxative intake is stopped totally.
