Hello. I have had a nasty cold for nearly 3weeks now, seemed to have gotten better. Been coughing up a lot of phlegm over the past week, and been feeling really tired and week with headaches. But over past few days seemed to have gone. Today l woke up feeling really tired, had some cereal a roll and juice and woke up feeling sick. I have since vomited twice, my stomach is churning, can t even swallow my own saliva. Any kind of smell is making me feel sick
