Suggest Remedy For Full Body Aches

My body aches, this is the 2nd day, and i have head aches, neck aches and stiffness, no cold symptom, nothing works for the pain! whats wrong with me, i dont feel up to eating either, i once had spinal meningitis a year ago, almost feel like that just not so bad!
