Suggest Remedy For Full Body Pain Specially In My Lower Part Of Body

hi i am mrs ahmed and now i am 6 month pregent and my question is sir, i am feeling full body pain specially in my lower part of body so plz sugg any advise to me my age is 28 and height is 5.5 and weight is 85 kg.i used medicine dufastan and injection proluton to 1st month start.and now my doctor sys to me i should stop dufastan tablet.

Hi Mrs.Ahmed,

Both Duphaston and proluton injections are progesterone hormone supplements.They are given to prevent miscarriage and early delivery.
They can be discontinued now as you have crossed 24 weeks ,and are it is very unlikely for you that you will abort .You can discontinue both.
Your weight seems to be more.Avoid putting on excess weight in pregnancy.
A weight gain of 7-8 kgs is ok for your BMI in pregnancy.
You can contact a dietician regarding proper intake of calories in pregnancy.
Also take calcium supplements and vitamin D
