Suggest Remedy For Gastric Problem After Diagnosed Diabetes

Sir, A few months ago, I suddenly came to know the problem of diabitese which is under control after changes in my diet, particularly very low sugar intake. But after stroke of diabetes, I noticed gastric problem even after taking breakfast and notice foam in my stool. Discharge of gas after meals embarasses me. I understand my intestines are not able to suck vitamins, protiens etc. and undigested food gets released as stool which smells and usually I notice foam in stool. I am very much worried. Could you kindly answer the problem and
remedies too.

One should know that the pancreas are endocrine as well as exocrine organs. They secrete insulin- all diabetics know that. But they also secrete digestive juices. These are very important in the digestion of food.

In your condition, I would definitely suggest to a patient I was seeing directly to try these enzymes replacement therapy. that may be the best wat to treat the condition.
However other conditions have to be ruled out, for which, you need a detailed examination by a good physician.
