Suggest Remedy For Gastrointestinal Problems With Throbbing Arm And Collarbone

Hi, I have been having a lot of stress at work. This has led to a lot of gastrointestinal problems, headaches, sleepliness nights, etc. I keep replaying the stressful events in my mind. On Wednesday morning, I had some strange tightness in my chest and felt sick to my stomach. The tightness in my chest is gone but my left upper arm, collarbone, and wrist and hand hurt a dull throbbing ache. This hasn t gone away for two days. It wakes me up in the middle of the night. I checked my blood pressure and my heart rate and they fluctuate between 89/73 to 137/92 with a heart rate anywhere from 105 to 59. Do I need to worry about this as being a heart condition?

Hi.

Getting an EKG, and an elaborate cardiac profile will be mandatory and also a consultation with a psychiatrist to help deal with the stress and reduce it as much as possible
But based on the pulse and blood pressure, there does not seem to be any immediate risk, but it surely has to be countered to prevent any cardiac events from taking place.

Best wishes.
