Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear madam i can understand you concern
Blood sugar 91 mg/dl is normal in fasting there is nothing to feel bad about this.
But people who suffered gestational diabetes will have more chance of getting type 2 diabetes in future so i suggest you to follow diet and exercise and try to maintain your BMI around 24.5.
the feeling of nausea and vomiting might be due to gastritis or morning sick ness.
i also suggest you to check for urine pregnancy testing to rule out pregnancy related morning sickness
kindly meet a doc for further analysis of condition
regards
