Suggest Remedy For Getting Back Periods After Delivery

Hi, I gave birth to my son in his sleep at 38 weeks over 12 weeks ago. As of yet I have not had a period. Scan showed I dont have any cysts etc on my ovaries and everything is back in place fine after giving birth. My husband and I are keen to try again but obviously need my cycle to return, is there anyway to induce a period so we start trying to conceive again? Thanks
