Suggest Remedy For Getting Early Periods

I was detected with PCOD two years back but never took medication. From past 3 years normally my periods used to get delayed for 60-80 days , then after some exercises and slight reduction in weight my periods started getting normal from the last six months.This time however I havent got my period for almost 50 days . i have a function next week on 24.06.11 and want to get my periods within 2-3 days . I got a medictaion of Primolut 10 mg to be taken 3 times a day staring today. Will i get my periods immediately after 3 days ?
