Suggest Remedy For Getting Normal Cycles

hi, im 39 yrs old i went to a transvaginal ultra sound few days ago and here`s the remarks:both ovaries contain small follicles,each measuring less than 1cm.more than 12 in number,suggestive of polycystic ovaries. IMPRESSION:anteverted average sized uterus,thickened endometrium,polycystic ovaries,(.) fluid inthe cul-de-sac.i went through this because of a prolonged menstration.please help me understand about this and anything you can advise me please so that it menstration will go back to normal?
