Suggest Remedy For Groin Pain

My question is related to pain starting in the groin and going all the way to the toes on my inner leg. I had mesh installed and then partial cystecomy of the bladder and then another surgery to remove more mesh from around the urethra 2 months ago. I have had intermittent pain but now it is daily and all day. I am suspecting nerve damage or inflamation. I still have stitches desolving and go back late July for followup to last surgery through the vg. Any thoughts? Big mesh mess for me. The word is that it was installed through the bladder. In and then out.
