Suggest Remedy For Grooves In Fingernails
Lately, I notice that my fingernails are growing with grooves in them. I take 1200 mg of Gabapentin and 100 mg of Tramadol daily along with a low dose aspirin. I know that any change in the fingernails can be significant. I am a 73 yr. old male. Any opinions on that?

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is onychomycosis which is a fungal infection. Topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole can be applied over the affected area. Oral antifungal tablets like Terbinafine can be used in pulse therapy after consulting your dermatologist. Regards
