Hello, I hope your father is well, it is necessary to evaluate in an integral way the characteristics of the tumor, the functional status of the patient and the extrahepatic extension of the tumor to know if the treatment to be implemented is intended for curative or palliative. If the stage of the tumor is intermediate, in all stages the treatment of choice is the transarterial chemoembolization in any of its variants, whose purpose is to improve the quality of life of the patient.
