Suggest Remedy For Growth Above Vaginal Opening

I have a growth just above my vaginal opening that I am very worried about. It is quite fleshy at the top then thins out and hangs down, probably just over half an inch long. There is no feeling in it so I was wondering if it could just be an overgrown skin tag? I only noticed it 3 nights ago when I had some sexual contact and it started bleeding, and had been bleeding on and off since then. Please help!
