Suggest Remedy For Hair Fall And Premature Graying
My hairs are grey from the age of 20, i used heena black color mehandi till the age of 28. My age is 29, at present i am using Loreal black color. My hair are too thin and my skin is visible from front of the head. My beard is 70 % grey its strarted from the age of 26. How should i control the hair fall. What is the alternative to replace the hair color. I am taking adgain capsule daily. Kindly suggest the treatment and advice well known doctor to consult him in South Delhi. re

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from premature greying of hairs. It is considered to be caused due to causes like smoking, nutritional deficiency but is generally genetic in origin. I would suggest you to consult a trichologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and advise you medications that can replenish your nutritional deficiency as well as certain cease hair fall.
- You can be advised latest treatment techniques for grey hairs like Para amino benzoic acid and also Calcium Pentothenate.
- Avoid smoking.
- You can be given nutritional supplements like containing Vitamin B12, copper, zinc etc.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
- Take antioxidant supplements.
Apply Onion juice twice a week over scalp, it will help with both greying and thinning of hairs. Take Indian gooseberry / amla powder daily with water.
