Suggest Remedy For Hairfall And Premature Graying Of Hair And Beard

My age is 28 years old Male.My problem is my hairs. Actually I have problem of premature Hair greying on head & on beard also.i have no any hereditary problem in my family.apart from this i have hair fall problem as well.My head has bit less hairs too so that scalp is easily viewable.can you please tell the remedy for this.

Thanks for posting in HCM.

I understand your concern about hair fall and premature greying of hair.

Hair regrowth and stopping of hair fall is possible with use of Minoxidil. It takes longer time for the results to be seen. So you need to have patience.

Use Minoxidil 5% solution everyday twice daily. By about 4 to 6 months, you will see the effects that your hair fall will decrease and by 1 year you will appreciate the hair regrowth.

In addition you need to take Finasteride, which works by reducing the amount of the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body, which is the main compound causing hair fall in men.

To stop greying of hair use biotin supplements as cream and capsules.
Also you need to supplement with minerals like zinc.

You may also use Ketoconazole and Selenium shampoo twice a week to keep your scalp healthy.
